Ok octevio the main outs on a mixer console is your stereo output sockets the connectors are a 3 pin xlr on your larger console but it can also be a 6 5 mm trc jack sockets or rca.
Stereo out balanced xlr connections 1 ground 2 hot 3 cold which output the stereo buss signals which can be used to feed the analog inputs of a 2 track recorder or a specialist chain of analog devices used for mastering.
Pfl afl and sip pfl pre fader listening will route the selected signal to the monitors before fader pan and eq so you can hear the signal as it is when it comes into your mixer.
Use that to monitor the main out when you need to.

Don t worry about where the control room is.
Then i tweaked the control room out volume knob on the behringer until it had the same overall gain as the soundcraft.
The behringer is recorded on the left control room output the soundcraft on aux 2.
It is normally used for setting the gain on channels.

The main out i use to feed into soundcard.
All buttons were depressed except for the main to control room button on the behringer.
