All mission speakers is my experience can sound a bit bright.

Ive got em placed in my bed room and well when i lsited to them they sounded great compared to my brothers mission 702e s.
They sound woeful almost un listenably bad.
These 702e s are i suppose a medium sized floor standing speaker rated at 150 watts 8 ohm impedance are also bi wireable.
Sound is full of bass good mid and a high that backgrounds in a very nice way.
I currently use 702e s as my surrounds and also used them as fronts before upgrading to m74 s.

I ve found these to be very good speakers for the price and out of the floorstanders in rs for 100 or under i would say that they are the pick of the bunch.
Despite what other reviews may say it s quite clear that with their high sensitivity 89db m 702e s are perfect for fairly low powered amps.

Do partner them with a very good amplifier preferably a pre power combo.
