Woodcraft sent me their catalog today and near the end i noticed a product called mirror coat made by system three i think. Unlike most bar or countertop coatings mirror coat is mixed in the ratio of two parts of resin to one part of hardener by volume. It s an epoxy type finish to add high gloss finish to wood. In this case the resin is basically a clear synthetic polymer a kind of plastic.
